We can produce any kinds of garments such as shirts, pants, skirts, jackets, coat and apron. We are specialist on denim garmetns. In addtion garments, we can produce bedding goods: comforter cover, fitted sheets, pillow case. However, we cannot produce knited garments such as T-shirts, sweater, polo shrits and etc.
Q2 Do you have minimum lot?
we don't have minimum lot. You can order less than 50pcs per one pattern.
Q3 Can you make pattern?
We cannot make pattern by ourselves. However we have Toray Pettern System equipment. We can modify and grade patterns.
Q4 What process can you do for garments except sewing?
We can arrange washing, embroidering, printing process. We are always cooperating with these companies and can make unique clothes.
Q5 What kinds of sewing machine do you have?
We have many kinds of machine. For examle, flat seaming machine, 2-needle lock stitch machine, chain stitch machine, overlock machine, safety stitch machine, hole bonfire machine, bar tacking machine, eyelet buttonholing machine、lockstich button sewing machine
Q6 How many workers work at factory?
80 workers work at Thailand factory, and 100 workers work at Lao factory.
Q7 Can you sew denim garmetns?
We are very good at denim garments such as pants, western shrits, overall and coverall.
Q8 Do you have a attaching machine?
Yes, we have a YKK's attaching machine. We can use dotted button, eyelet and so on.
Q9 Can you arrange fabric and clothing accessaries?
Yes, we can arrange all kinds of fabric and clothing accessaries. We can find them at market. In addtion we can order original fabric and accessaries. *We have odered..... - Fabric ( Denim, Twill, Jacquard, Chambray) - Button ( you can specify color, design and thickness) - Brand name, Washing name - Wappen, Bead, elastic, buckle and etc.
Q10 Which incoterms do you use at shipping?
We usually ship by FOB Bangkok.
